Jen Pena Smith, LMT

I'm a licensed massage therapist in private practice in Albuquerque. I have over 1200 hours of formal training in massage since 2004 in various modalities and techniques ranging from clinical medical massage to energy work. Prior to my career as a massage therapist, I was in the medical field, first on a hospice in-patient unit, then in heart failure research at UNC Chapel Hill in North Carolina. In addition to massage, I adventure in various meditation techniques, from guided meditation, to Zen mindfulness meditation, to shamanic journeying.
