I have been licensed as an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) and LADC (Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor) for the past two years. However, I have more than 14 years of combined experience in the counseling field. I am currently accepting new clients (adult 18 years or older) for mental health and/or substance abuse problems and am transitioning into private practice.

Interests: My primary passion centers upon helping individuals establish and maintain sobriety from substance use. I also enjoy working with individuals who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, and trauma. I utilize a person-centered approach to therapy which means that I am interested in providing therapy that is both individualized and collaborative. This approach helps us quickly discover the changes that are important to you. I am adept at providing individual, marital/couples, and group therapy. My mission is: "To provide a safe space with the aim of fostering hope, health and recovery."
