My specialties are individual and couple therapies. I am bilingual (English/Spanish) and have assisted clients from various cultures in creating the lives of their dreams. I work with people experiencing life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and communication/relationship concerns.

I integrate a variety of treatment theories in order to deeply understand and effectively navigate through your particular concerns. I draw from Psychodynamic Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Family Therapy, and Eastern wisdom and philosophy.
