As a Nutrition Counselor and Natural (vegan) Chef I have several programs that offer my clients the support, information and encouragement they need to make changes in their diet and lifestyle with the goals of:
• losing weight
• lowering blood pressure
• maintaining healthy blood
sugar levels due to diabetes
• dealing with symptoms of menopause
• alleviating pain due to arthritis, or headaches
• managing symptoms of food or seasonal allergies
• improving mood and energy levels
I also offer private Health-Supportive Cooking Classes that focus on preparing meals for those having to make dietary changes in order to maintain, or improve, their health, or for those who are simply curious about preparing healthier meals for themselves and their families.
I received my training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the Natural Kitchen Cooking School in NYC. I am certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners.
