Vijay Sidhwani

Dr. Sidhwani received his B.S in Life Sciences from the New York Institute of Technology. He received his D.O. from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. His internship was done in North Shore University Hospital. At the University of New York Medical Center, Dr. Sidhwani finished his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. sidhwani completed a fellowship in Multidisciplinary Pain Medicine. Dr. Sidhwani is currently licensed in the state of Illinois and New York.
