I teach Hatha Yoga at the Cameron Park Community Center. I am no longer at the Journey Center on Durock Road in Shingle Springs. My classes include meditation, the physical postures of yoga (asana) and pranayama, with a guided relaxation at the end of class. Classes taught are: Introduction to Yoga, Yoga for Stress Reduction, Adaptive/Gentle Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga.
