Jaime received her 200 hour certification in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga as well as 100 hours in Rocket training from Larry Schultz, teacher trainer, of "It’s Yoga" in San Francisco, California. Living at It’s Yoga studio for five months and studying under Larry, who trained with Pattabhi Jois has broadened her knowledge and teaching skills by learning multiple routines based on the Ashtanga system. She hopes to help cultivate Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga in Orlando & the MD/VA/DC area by focusing on the beginner and hoping to facilitate students in finding their own personal practice so yoga can be present in their lives on a daily basis.

Jaime also completed her 200 hour certification in Hatha Yoga from Jeannie Laslo, teacher trainer at Hatha Yoga School for Teachers in Orlando, FL.

She also is certified in Thai Body Therapy, blending these unique massage/body work skills artfully with her yoga teaching to offer a unique experience for her students and clients.

This gentle young soul hails from Washington, D.C., where she received her Budding Yogis Certification learning to teach yoga for kids and teenagers.

Jaime encourages anyone at any level to become engaged in the practice of yoga. She teaches adults, teenagers and children and is available for private and semi private yoga lessons and experiences.
