MoveYoga with Mandy Richich
I grew up in a small town outside Syracuse, New York. I lived and studied yoga in both San Francisco and Los Angeles before being accepted into the Pratt Institute of the Arts. Throughout college I continued to learn from yogis based out of Manhattan and Brooklyn. My yoga teacher certification was earned in Trimbak, India, where I studied in traditional ashrams. From there I moved to Cusco, Peru, where I held yoga classes for English-speaking adventure tourists. Now, I live and works in Delray Beach, Florida.
