Edward Chiu, LAc, DAOM

Edward Chiu, LAc DAOM, comes from a three generation tradition of Chinese medicine. His grandfather was an herbalist, and his father a medical doctor and acupuncturist He has been in practice for ten years. Before that, Dr. Chiu studied at Harvard College (A.B. Biology), New England School of Acupuncture (M.A. Acupuncture), and was a graduate of one of the first accredited doctoral programs in the US, at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine (Doctorate in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine). He has also completed several intensive apprenticeships in Taiwan, Republic of China. Currently, he is on the doctoral faculty at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine and the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and is board-certified in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine by the NCCAOM.
