I’m trying to get disability. Since 2005. Dr. Matthew Antczak he is a awesome doctor. He Does Atlas Chiropractic Clinic in Woodstock Ill. I bee going to him back treatments since 2001. He has done so much and help me with my severe back deformities in my back and hips.. I’m married since 10-07-2000. He has helped me also.
