Over 30 years as a nurse, including FNP, school health, OB/GYN, psychiatry, and more, my background is deep and wide. Always interested in maximizing health more than treating illness, I have now turned to the wonderful world of Coaching. I love Positive Psychology, and helping people to see their world/lives through different lenses, and my clients are thrilled with the results that they create. I "see" clients over the phone, in my New Paltz NY office, or while walking on beautiful trails.
