TCM is a complete system of medicine that originated in China and dates back to 200 B.C. It has been practiced throughout the world and has long been a part of Chinese culture and history. TCM includes Acupuncture (5000+ years), Chinese Herbology (2000+ years), and Tui Na (Asian Bodywork Therapy). Chinese life style includes Diet and Exercise Therapy; for the past several thousand years, TCM has been effective in promoting the health of the Chinese people and playing an important role in the medical services arena.
