We are a full service, public, wellness center located at the RAMA Center in the heart of Norwood. Our health club has the privilege of being affiliated with the Caritas Norwood Hospital. We are much more than “just another gym”! We are professionally driven, customer oriented, and committed to provide more than just fitness services. We also offer lifestyle programs for managing disease related conditions, and recovery through rehabilitation programs.
