Based on my experiences, I understand how challenging relationships can be sometimes. I also understand that often it can get very frustrating and tiresome to struggle with the same argument or same type of conflict with your partner or family member over and over again. Does it ever seem like you and your partner or family member try to resolve a conflict only to find out that the same issue appears a few weeks or months later? Or does it seem as though your relationship has changed since the children were born? These concerns, though common, can be challenging and I understand that at these times it may be difficult to know if it's time to find someone like a counselor to help or to continue the same patterns that do not seem to be working. I am hopeful that I can help to understand your struggles and your patterns, and then work with you and your strengths to find alternatives that will be more effective.
