Kara Leigh

Kara Leigh
I have been licensed by the Ohio State Medical board and nationally certified in massage therapy since January 2004.
I am passionate about helping to facilitate healing through pain relief, reduction, and/or management. I utilize an integrative approach including relaxation & therapeutic massage techniques, as well as trigger point and myofascial release.
I am also trained in postural analysis, lymphatic drainage, and reiki.
I have taught therapeutic and trigger point massage, sports massage therapy and reflexology.
I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association and believe strongly in the education of the general public regarding the positive therapeutic benefits of my chosen profession.
I believe deeply in the mind body connection and the conscious choice to connect the two. When the mind is aware of the subtle nuances of the body, true wellness can occur.
Hometown: Columbus/Lewis Center, OH United States
