Pregnancy Massage for women in second and third trimester situations to relieve backaches, sore shoulders, and tired feet, and to assist with overall relaxation.
Acutonics Practitioner, utilizing specially calibrated tuning forks applied above and on the body. The vibrations of the forks travel deeply into the system, stimulating change in the muscle tissue. The specific tones as applied to “poetic points” along the meridians and chakras soothe, balance, and energize. As a musician, through practice and study I have come to believe and recognize the power and necessity of music in healing.
First studied holistic therapy through the Philadelphia Rebirthering Center. I am certified as both a Rebirther and Rebirther Trainer, and have widely facilitated workshops, seminars and individual sessions for clients from all walks of life.
In 2005 I developed a meditation module for the Penn State Health Matters program. Using vocal tone therapy and conscious breathwork assisted people to achieve deep relaxation. and body, mind and soul rejuvenation.
