Working in the healthcare field since 1989, Sherry has gained a large amount of medical experience and patient contact as a clinical research secretary, patient care technician within computer laboratory medicine, emergency room, and newborn intensive care environments. She started at New York University Hospital and was at Yale New Haven Hospital in New Haven Connecticut for 5 years.
She has extensive educational classroom hours in nuclear medicine from Southern Connecticut State University and Gateway Community College. Sherry became a mother in 1994 and moved back to her home of Indiana and started at the University of Evansville studying physical therapy assistance. Some of her coursework includes kinesiology, orthopedics, anatomy and physiology, ultrasound, estem, massage in modalities and so much more. Sherry is also a licsensed practical nurse.
Sherry has been performing massage therapy now for 10 years and it has become such a huge passion for her as it has also had a large therapeutic affect on her as well throughout the years to help her cope with adversities in her life. She believes very strongly in the healing power of touch and the connections that it has to the overall health of one's body, mind, and soul.
