Amy is the Founder and Director of Craving Your Potential Wellness in Columbus, Ohio.
She received her training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City and is certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP).
As a Holistic Health Coach, Amy empowers her clients to achieve balance and optimum health through whole-food nutrition and positive lifestyle choices. While she helps to incorporate healthier foods into her client’s diet, she also explores other lifestyle factors such as exercise, relationships, stress, career and spirituality. All of these intersect when we talk about health and vitality.
