Kate is a licensed and nationally certified (NCTMB), member of the American Massage Therapy association, and is a graduate of the Muscular Therapy Institute in Watertown, Massachusetts. Her creative working style is influenced by hobbies such as hiking, nature, yoga, dance, swimming, and martial arts.
Kate’s goal is to work together with the client to reduce muscular tension, increase relaxation, promote body awareness, and support their fitness goals. Her client base includes a wide variety of people, such as from marathon runners, desk jockeys, day laborers, yogis, and commuters.
