In his formative days as an aspiring Physical Therapist Alexander worked as a swimming instructor which gave him a broad exposure to therapeutic direction of exercise. He also obtained a certificate of Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer. Dr. Mandel believes in providing comprehensive evaluations with the highest level standards of rehabilitative care available to return patients to their optimum level of physical wellbeing. He believes in manual therapy and to reinstate patient’s highest peak of physical performance. All patients receive treatment by licensed professionals whose focus is working with patient’s body weight rather than relying on equipment.
