Hello Everyone, My name is Bianca-Trish I live in the UK with my fiance Mark and our two beautiful children Gabriella and Joseph.
I have had an incredible wellness journey myself. Including a 240lbs (16stone/110kg) weight loss and losing 12 dress sizes. The picture is of me with my before trousers. and my gorgeous friend Carol (sorry i cut your head off hunni lol)
I am here to share my story, make new friends and hopefully continue on my journey to complete wellness whilst helping others.
