Flowing and relaxing, Swedish massage has many well-known benefits for nourishing the body, mind and spirit. Your full-body massage is energy-focused, intuitive and nurturing, with concentration on problem areas. Your level of comfort is most important. Lotion or oil may be used.
Deep Tissue
Not just hard massage, deep tissue is done with a slow and steady pressure applied with the knuckles, soft fists, forearms and elbows, at areas of tension and holding, in order to facilitate a release of bunched up tissue and adhesion. The result can be a relief of pain or long-term patterns of restricted mobility, greater relaxation, increased flexibility in the connective tissues and greater range of motion in the joints.
Hours Monday-Friday 6pm to any time
Saturday/Sunday, Holidays Any time
