Afreen Pappa, MD

I am the owner and Medical Director of JAVANI Med Spa located in Sugar Land, Texas. I am a board certified physician who has practiced in the Houston area for 15 years. Prior to opening JAVANI Med Spa, I was a faculty member at Baylor College of Medicine for 9 years and trained over 100 students and residents. As a wife and working mother of three, I have first hand experience of how stress affects not only our appearance, but also our overall health and well being. I am also a skin cancer survivor.
It is for these reasons that I opened JAVANI Med Spa. I felt that personal experience provides me with a unique ability to understand the concerns and goals of our clients.

Our goal at JAVANI Med Spa is to provide the individualized care each client deserves. No two people are alike; hence not everyone needs or responds similarly to the same treatment or products

Our focus on personalized attention, education and the promotion of healthy lifestyles allows achievement of the best results for YOU. Each client receives a personalized skin conditioning program that helps prepare the skin to receive the most benefit from aesthetic procedures and education on a lifelong skin maintenance program.
I perform all medical procedures including laser and light based treatments, injectables and medium depth chemical peels.

We offer facials, massage therapy including cancer massage, skin analysis and skin care consultations; all of which are offered by our licensed esthetician and massage therapist, Ms. Debra Kloote. Debra is an international CIDESCO diplomat.
