I have over 35 years experience as a professional personal trainer, certified strength coach, and Medical and Corrective Exercise Specialist. I have had the honor of working with literally thousands of clients in the last 35 years, ranging from doctors and physical therapists, to large corporations, to elite high school athletes and to Divsion 1 collegiate athletes.
Over the course of the 35 years though, I began specializing in working with women with specific health and fitness issues, as well as those baby boomers (such as myself) that have mobility and acute pain issues with great success.
No matter what a client is experiencing, I want the opportunity to help them look, feel and perform better. Through my unique Fit 3 approach, I can help my clients achieve their best health and fitness conditioning.
My Fit 3 Approach is:
1. Knowledge
2. Nutrition
3. Exercise
Each area of my Fit 3 Approach has a very unique methodology you simply won't find with other trainers or fitness clubs. These 3 principles are the very heart and foundation of a successful transformation regardless of who you are or what you may be dealing with.
Occupation: Medical and Corrective Exercise Specialist
Interests: Research. I LOVE doing research. I love reaching out and helping others in every way I can. Also, I am a man of Faith and that goes to the very core of who I am. I literally am a God Chaser. I believe this gives me a greater level of compassion and an empathetic approach to caring for my clients.
I love Olympic weight lifting personally and I love watching it on t.v. I also love watching the power sports of the Olympics, such as gymnastics, track and field. I also love my University of Kentucky Wildcats! Yes, I am a true blue member of the BBN (Big Blue Nation) but I also keep it in context to the rest of my life so you won't see me in anyone's facing dissing anyone else about their beloved team.
I am a blogger. I love educating others that are willing to learn. I think it is important when we have the right information that we share it in some way to help others be the best that they can be. As I once read, "You might not change the world with what you do, but you might change the world of one person".
