2. CDPAP Program (Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program)
Through CDPAP, Medicaid allows patients to choose their own caregiver—including a family member or friend. Anchor Health helps families enroll in this life-changing program, giving patients control over their care and peace of mind in knowing they’re supported by someone they trust.

3. CHHA (Certified Home Health Aides)
CHHAs offer more advanced support and can assist with activities like medication reminders, physical support, and personal hygiene. Our CHHAs are trained, certified, and dedicated to maintaining dignity and comfort in the home environment.

4. Private Pay Home Care
Don’t qualify for Medicaid? We also offer private pay home care services for clients who want personalized support outside the Medicaid system. We’ll work with you to create a care plan that suits your needs and budget.

5. Medicaid Waiver Programs (TBI/NHTD)
Anchor Health proudly serves individuals eligible for TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) and NHTD (Nursing Home Transition and Diversion) waiver programs. These Medicaid waiver services are designed to support independent living outside of nursing homes, with access to care coordination, therapy, and personal care.

6. OPWDD Services (Office for People With Developmental Disabilities)
For families caring for a loved one with a developmental disability, we provide home care services under OPWDD programs. This includes behavior support, community integration, and ABA therapy for children and teens with autism or other developmental needs.
