Rebecca Headley

Rebecca, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), has worked in the medical field for over 20 years. She is also a board certified Adult-Geriatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner ( AGPCNP-BC). Her professional goal is to improve mental health in the community to decrease the stigma that is currently placed on mental health. She completes initial psychiatric evaluations and also manages and treats mental health concerns including bipolar, anxiety, depression, stress, and self esteem concerns. Her excellent clinical skills are evident. In addition to medication management, Rebecca integrates cognitive behavioral therapy ( CBT), compassion-focused, emotional focused, and person-centered techniques into treatment. Proper mental health care had so much to do with one's overall health and is essential to living a healthy life!
