I am a licensed psychologist, with specialized training in evaluation and counseling. I feel that understanding the whole person is essential in providing guidance. I specialize in children and adults with anxiety, ADHD, and behavioral issues, and in improving life satisfaction.

I also provide psychoeducational evaluations to address learning challenges and to optimize functioning, as well as career assessments to find directions which suit an individual’s interests, abilities and personality.

I have a specialization in behavioral medicine, with the goal of helping to optimize health and well-being. I work with clients on making healthy lifestyle changes, emphasizing both balance and satisfaction.
