Cadée award-winning spirits, crafted from centuries-old clan recipes, are distilled with select partners and then aged, blended and finished in custom barrels within the unique maritime climate of the Isle of Whidbey, creating exceptional and unique flavor profiles. We're proud to have been internationally recognized for our blended, aged whiskey.

Interests: We explore the creation and interaction between maturing American spirits and whiskey, oaks with the resulting marriage of flavors over the course of time affected by the Isle Of Whidbey’s unique maritime climate. We source the best cooperage oak in the world with specific char and toast levels on our barrels, and individually sample every cask we use in each of our whiskies. We are fanatical about quality and believe that every stage of the process has the potential to add to the finished Exceptional Maritime Spirits.
