I have worked with adults over the past decade with goals like: finding different ways of approaching life’s difficulties, managing mental health conditions, building coping skills for things like anxiety and depression, improving relationships, dealing with the effects of trauma, and to find balance, change habits, and identify meaning in their lives.

Interests: In addition to being a therapist I have also gained the training and knowledge needed to be recognized as a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200). I have been impressed with the positive impact yoga has had for survivors of trauma, specifically, but also for many different issues we treat in therapy.
