I am a body therapist and I specialize in supporting people like you in your desire to free yourself of whatever it is that binds you energetically, so you can experience more fully your authentic Self. This is a hands-on approach. Call it a massage if you'd like. It is also so much more. There is a depth of release and integration you'll experience that goes beyond a "typical" massage. Swedish/Esalen, Trager and Chi Nei Tsang are the disciplines I am certified in. I have also studied Jin Shin Do Acupressure and Craniosacral. My work tends to be an intricate weave of these wonderful approaches.
