Nutrition has always been a passion of mine, and and I found a new love for it after having my first child last year. I discovered the importance of nourishing my body with good nutrition in order to be the best mother I could be. When you don’t take care of yourself first, it’s difficult to take care of others.
Nutrition and lifestyle plays a key role in how we feel every single day, and I truly believe that food is medicine. I use nutrition education, dietary modifications, supplements and lifestyle adjustments to help my clients reach their goals. I always strive to meet my clients where they are at, and establish effective yet attainable goals that will bring my clients to their ultimate health outcome.
I have a functional nutrition approach, and won't promote traditional dietary recommendations such as counting calories, dieting and fearing fat. I believe in nourishing our bodies with real, wholesome food that it's designed to run on.
I’ve worked with thousands of clients one-on-one in areas such as weight management, gut health, blood sugar support, sugar cravings, healthy cooking, diet modifications, and pregnancy and postpartum health. I enjoy helping individuals regain control of their health through my individualized and non-judgmental approach.
