I am a nationally registered Yoga Alliance Teacher and I’ve been teaching, since 2000, at Carlyle Towers (near Whole Foods and across Duke Street from the King Street Metro) and at The Lyceum (corner of Prince and S. Washington Streets). My yoga background is in Viniyoga and Sivananada Yoga. I offer Hatha Yoga classes (Gentle and Intermediate), Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga. I love fine dining and travel ... especially along the Mediterranean and most especially to Italy. And, oh yes, I love to hear the ocean roar!

Interests: I am a creative Libra with a passion for Yoga and for Art. I paint in oils and my subject matter is calming. The Chakras are featured, most often as a magnificent sky ... layers of colors to depict our emotional nature. I also offer a Tranquil series and a Restorative series of oil paintings.

Goals
