During my psychotherapy training in Somatic Psychology at California Institute for Integral Studies, I focused on how to make connections between the mind, body and spirit. Over time, I learned that in order to heal, one needs to create balance in these three domains. For many years, I explored how to do this for myself and with my clients. I dreamed that one day I could help create a space where people could go to practice how to dwell deeply within themselves.

This is what inspired me to create Flower of Life Wellness Center Princeton. At Flower of Life Center you can access services to support your mind, body and spirit. We offer holistic psychotherapy, meditation classes and wellness education to help you cultivate a mindful space within, a place you can trust to reflect on your life and make the changes that you want to make.

In my practice I strive to use the most effective treatments. I am most inspired by the research coming out of the fields of neuroscience and psychology. By combining elements of Relational and Attachment Theory, along with Mindfulness meditation, I am able to attain results that make a difference in people’s lives.

I understand that revisiting vulnerable places may touch on feelings of pain, confusion or even shame. Using body awareness exercises and mindfulness skills tailored to your specific needs, I can support you in finding solutions and help you to heal the places inside that are holding you back from what you want in your life.
