Services include therapeutic massage and healing for women, meditation classes (individual or group), EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques), lectures and workshops, reflexology, reiki, kinesio taping, and energy healing.

I have over 11 years experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist working with cancer patients and over 5 years working with those suffering from MS, dementia, and fibromyalgia. I am also a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, offering specialized care to patients dealing with a lymphedema diagnosis.

I teach Inspired Wellness workshops that include topics on Chakra Health, Lymphedema, Breast Health, Angels, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), and Tarot.
