Jana Galambos

I typically work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, issues of self-worth, life transitions, grief, PTSD, and pre-marital counseling. Prior to beginning my graduate studies, I provided direct care and supervision for troubled adolescent girls at a therapeutic boarding school. I particularly enjoy working with young adults and adolescents.

Therapy can be an intimidating process, so I am committed to creating a place of safety and rest for my clients. For me, nothing is more rewarding than to partner with clients on a journey towards hope and healing.

I have trained in EMDR therapy with the EMDR Institute to assist clients in moving past anxiety and PTSD. If you have had little success with talk therapy, give me a call to see if EMDR might be the right treatment method for you!
