Interests: My family is my heart and soul, I am married with an 18 year old daughter and 10 year old twin boys. Although I am very busy as a mom and wife I find that yoga and additional holistic therapies such as aromatherapy, ayurveda, yoga and meditation bring a balance to my life. THese modalities allow me to express compassion, kindness and empathy that I otherwise would be unaware of when parenting.
