Gül is a qualified and experienced health insurance professional and expert in Electronic Claim Processing Systems and Reimbursement Models of Healthcare Providers. She has been working in the healthcare industry for more than 25 years. She joined actively to the workshops of Turkey’s Health Transformation Program developed by Social Security Institution and MoH of Turkey, she also gave several speeches in many national and international congress.

She started her career as an instructor in Bilkent University and then worked as Deputy General Manager at various health insurance companies. She spent her 10 years on intelligent claim processing systems and EDI to increase efficiency and effectiveness in claim processing, fraud detection and developing contract models. She managed IT projects not only in Turkey, but also in UAE, Yemen and KSA.

After 25 years of professional life, she decided to set up a medical tourism facilitator company in hair transplantation and plastic surgeries. One year after the company has been founded, MCAN Health has evolved into a hair transplantation & plastic surgery clinic with its highly skilled doctors and medical staffs to serve many international patients, coming from mostly Europe.
