I suffer from MDD and have for about 3.5 years. I have limited family and to discuss my disease with them only brings them down and sad. Since I live in remote Arkansas and i appreciate the anonymous nature of this method, I thought I'd give it a try. Lastly, my, who is 14, suffers greatly from my condition. I'm mostly bound to my bed and generally sad with a severe loss of interest in everything and everyone. I'm overcome by the guilt. Please help.
