~Has an affair shattered your world, leaving you devastated and grief-stricken?
~Maybe, you’re caught in the grips of overwhelming anxiety, dread or depression. It impacts your work, relationships and ability to pursue your goals and dreams.
~Is your relationship an endless cycle of disappointing arguments? You both end up feeling misunderstood and unappreciated. You’re afraid things will never change for the better.
~Perhaps, you’re single and you long for a meaningful relationship but it’s hard to trust again.
~Do you keep putting off what matters to you most? Are you afraid to risk doing what you love due to self-sabotaging beliefs and behaviors?
~Is stress from work, parenting, and/or caring for an ill or dependent parent, partner or child causing you to feel overwhelmed and burned-out? Maybe you feel it’s impossible to find time for yourself.
If you feel burdened by any of these concerns, I believe I can assist you in creating positive change in your life. The heart and emphasis of my work is to help you know and trust your deepest feelings and to live an emotionally authentic life.
