Nasim Nourian
Nasim is Yoga Alliance Registered (300 HR) and Yoga Therapy certified (500 HR) from Inner Vision Yoga. She provides her students with safe and inspirational yoga practice with emphasis on healing, mobility to joints and releasing muscle tension through breath work, practicing alignment of physical body in postures and meditation. She teaches Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Hatha and Vinyasa Flow.
