For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by how the human body moves. As an athlete, I’ve watched players in a variety of sports adapt their movements to the challenges of the game – the ball, the other players, the speed, agility, strength and power required on the court or in the field. As a personal trainer, I now incorporate those observations and my education in the science of human movement into every fitness program. <url removed>
