My life experiences have helped me understand first hand the complexities and challenges of daily living and competing needs. In many instances, I have walked the path many of my clients find themselves on and as such, feel capable of pointing out the way. The empathetic and nonjudgmental environment I provide, coupled with my in-depth clinical training, allows me to provide clients with meaningful support and a toolkit of resources to draw upon when the going gets tough.

Interests: My professional expertise includes helping individuals (including adolescents and children) as well as families work through anxiety, depression, trauma, relational difficulties, parenting, life transitions, grief and substance issues. I also work with couples to assist partners in the development of increased emotional intimacy, greater understanding, better communication and the establishment or re-establishment of trust.
