Hi there and thank you for your interest in massage therapy!

Do you perhaps have aches and pains in your muscles? Do you have sharp pains in your joints? Do you wake up in the morning feeling ready to go or barely able to move? Do you find your body is more a burden than a joy?

Massage is not just for relaxation - it is a vital part of getting well and staying well. It is about breaking adhesions and aligning collagen fibers back up after injuries. It is about stretching fibers so you can move. It is about improving circulation. It is about getting out of our heads and into our bodies. The list of reasons for massage is many and you may already know all of this if you have experienced massage before.

Massage therapy really helps and I can always tell which new clients receive massage regularly - because they know the benefits and have experienced them personally - and you can feel it in their tissues.

Massage is a small investment, but one worth investing into, because when you don't have your health, you wish you would have done something preventative.

Please come in and give me a try. And do see my website for new client specials.

Best regards,
Renee Baker, Ph.D., LMT
