Jan V. Karlin, MD

The Nova Cosmetic Centers are very fortunate to have the talents of a plastic surgeon with such prestigious credentials. Jan V. Karlin, MD previously practiced in Palm Springs and Beverly Hills, California prior to becoming the Medical Director of Nova Cosmetic Center in Orlando, Florida. He received his Bachelor's Degree from Harvard University and attended Duke University, where he received his Doctor of Medicine Degree. He served residencies in general surgery at the University of Miami, Florida and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. His residency in plastic surgery was completed at the University of Illinois in Chicago, where he was an instructor in plastic surgery.
Dr. Karlin has practiced plastic and reconstructive surgery for over 25 years. He also practices phlebology, an area of medicine that specifically focuses on the treatment of varicose and spider vein conditions. An exciting new area of his practice is non-invasive body contouring. He also offers anti-aging and hormone replacement. To supplement these anti-aging therapies, Dr. Karlin incorporates the most advanced non-surgical age reversing facials and micro-current treatments to turn back the hands of the clock of time.
