Noctua-Diem is a night to day health and beauty aromatherapy line created by John Vega, a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and Certified Natural Health Professional (CNHP). Noctua-Diem is a product of love, dedication, and years of intense research and was established on the spring of 2013.  Using his background in alternative medicine, John endeavored to create an all natural and purely botanical aromatherapy line for use at night. Studies have shown that at night, during our rest cycle, our body is most capable of rehabilitation, renewal, and healing. John applied that science to develop the Noctua-Diem line, which offers products to create a nighttime holistic health and beauty regimen focused on centering and relaxation.

Production occurs in our Queens, New York laboratory.  We produce using an artisanal, small batch production method.  This means that we control the entire production and packaging process from sourcing our raw materials to packaging and labeling finished products.  Our artisanal production utilizes minimum mechanization, ensuring a handmade fit and finished product.  We utilize no more raw material than is required, and produce precise amounts of finished products to minimize product loss.  Overall, this process ensures quality control because we control sourcing, product creation, packaging, and labeling.

Noctua Diem is proud to announce that People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) has recognized its products as cruelty-free!  This recognition, as shown by products displaying the widely recognized bunny logo, means that they were produced without testing on animals.  To obtain the cruelty-free recognition, Noctua Diem had to verify and assure that it does not employ any testing on animals for ingredients, formulations, or finished products.  Noctua Diem also produces numerous products that do not involve or otherwise use animal-based ingredients, which earned it license to use PETA's vegan-friendly logo.

Noctua Diem Offers a wide variety of spa treatments based on their artisanal products.  Here are some of our most popular services:

Signature Facial - Indulge in the aromas of this plant-based, vegan skin care treatment. Custom-made specially for you skin care needs, it will balance, hydrate, and protect. Based on our five Skin Care Regimen concept, the client's skin is analyzed and categorized.  Each protocol is formulated to bring balance and allow for a natural skin renewal.  This treatment is not only effective in correcting skin issues such as acne, dehydration, or premature aging; it is a retracting, centering and relaxing experience.

Guava Anti-Aging Facial - Guava has the highest concentration of vitamin C.  Vitamin C is the building block for collagen production, an essential protein to delay aging. Neem oil is a powerful tool for cell renewal. Combining these two plant based ingredients and modern technology, we have created an amazing treatment to combat premature aging.

Juniper Berry Men's Facial - This treatment is specially formulated for men. Juniper Berry infused mud is the main formulation used to treat men's skin care concerns such as; ingrown hairs, deep pores, and uneven tone. This deep cleansing facial will purify, restore and balance.

Geranium Whitening Facial - This treatment is formulated for uneven skin tones with hyper-pigmentation. Using simple yet effective plant-based ingredients, this facial will restore brightness, moisture, and even tonality. A deep, purifying exfoliant is first applied, followed by a whitening mask. For best results, it is advised that the client protects the skin with a high grade SPF cream and restore at night with a spot treatment serum.

Oxygen Facial - This Facial carries a punch by combining the most powerful anti-oxidants. The intraceutical oxygen-infusion process begins with a cleansing. Then a combination of organic essential oils, vitamins, and essential amino acids are applied. An oxygen massage follows – tiny puffs of pure oxygen help the serums penetrate deep into the skin. This facial treatment is ideal before an event. It leaves the skin glowing, drenched in moisture, and completely nourished.

Seaweed Eye-Lifting Facial - Restore moisture, elasticity, and brightness to the eye area with this simple yet effective treatment. Seaweed extract detoxifies and soothes puffy eyes. Vetiver and Fennel organic essential oils helps decrease dark circles and fine lines by stimulating microcirculation in the capillaries and strengthening the collagen-elastin matrix.

Facial Plaster Therapy - Get rid of that double chin with this one of a kind treatment. First, ultrasound waves are applied to the chin and neck area. Delicate vacuum suction follows. An aromatic blend of citrus essential oils is applied after, followed by the plaster. Once the plaster is dry, it is removed and a light rhythmic massage is performed. For optimal results, a series of 4 - 6 sessions are recommended.

Swedish Massage - Swedish massage therapy involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on topmost layers of muscles. It is  also combined with movement of the joints. By relieving muscle tension, Swedish therapy can be both relaxing and energizing. It may even help after an injury.

Deep Tissue Massage - Deep tissue massage is best for giving attention to certain painful, stiff "trouble spots" in your body. The massage therapist uses slow, deliberate strokes that focus pressure on layers of muscles, tendons, or other tissues deep under your skin. Though less rhythmic than other types of massage, deep tissue massage can be quite therapeutic -- relieving chronic patterns of tension and helping with muscle injuries, such as back sprain.

Cavitation - Cavitation is an efficient treatment for the improvement of orange-peel skin appearance and to combat superficial fat. It consists in applying ultrasounds to the skin’s surface to produce pressure and temperature changes in the adipose tissue’s interstitial fluid. It uses high penetration frequencies that compress the liquids without increasing the temperature. Cavitation is defined as a painless slimming treatment. In order to obtain optimal results, sessions should be between 8 and 12, applied weekly.
