My approach with clients is through an integrative lens addressing mind, body, and spirit for deep transformational healing and growth - enabling clients to live a life more fully aligned.

Together we will explore all of you - mind, body, spirit - using an integrative and holistic approach informed by transpersonal psychology, Eastern traditions, mindfulness practices, energy medicine, and shamanism among other healing modalities. It is the integration of these practices that fosters deep healing that is truly embodied. By being curious - and exploring without judgment - we are able to look at all aspects of self with compassion and understanding. As you deepen your self-awareness, we will witness and release the old narratives and ways of being that no longer serve.

What happens through compassion, connection, and holding sacred space is nothing short of extraordinary. This conscious-changing work will transmute suffering and is a catalyst for deep healing and growth allowing us to realize our highest human potential. It is through this lens of wholeness - mind, body, and spirit - that I approach all modalities of healing.

My lifelong struggle with anxiety, depression, and trauma led me to seek out various healing modalities such as therapy, mindfulness practices, meditation, breathwork, energy medicine, dreamwork, inner child work, and psychedelic-assisted healing. I learned how to be safely held in loving support by an amazing therapist and beloved healers as I confronted the shadows and said yes to the work of transmuting my suffering. This winding and transformative journey was my path of awakening that led me to recognize and embody my purpose of being in service of others who are on their own healing journey.
