As a Licensed Massage Therapist with a unique approach to overall well being I have come to a unique understanding of how our bodies are communicating with each of us individually, and as a whole. I am not in search of your problems, but instead holding the space for the natural state of well being you deserve.

Our innate wisdom, or inner intelligence is governing the balance, health and overall function of our entire body mind. This innate wisdom is always providing us feedback in relation to our current state of well  being; which can manifest in symptoms such as aches, pains, stiffness, swelling, soreness, etc. as well as joy, excitement, elation, happiness, and abundance!

It is my belief that you are not broken and in turn there is nothing that needs to be fixed. Quite simply it is the act of letting go and releasing the disturbances that are holding you back from experiencing the state of relief you are seeking. This is and can be an enjoyable easy experience, if you are equipped with the proper environment to process this information.

Through Massage I am tuning in to the innate information of your body mind complex, identifying and bringing awareness to areas of tension stored within the physical body and facilitating a shift in the information being stored there. It is not an act of fighting or pushing against the "problem", but supporting the healing process your body is already undergoing.

The physical symptoms you are experiencing in your body is your innate wisdom's last line of communication with you; an astonishingly effective way to get your attention! It is at this point in bringing awareness to the symptoms, as well as a willingness and ability to shift tensions through enhanced communication that we see results in relief.

A Well Balanced Massage:
Do you ever wonder why the results of Massage Therapy can be so fleeting? Are you tired of depending on something that doesn't seem to do the trick, or at least not the whole trick!?                        I understand your frustration! As a massage therapist I have often wondered the very same thing, and strive daily to provide you with the most effective long lasting results available to me.

If the systems of your body are not communicating at optimal levels it is far more difficult to process the tension being held within your muscles and joints. Your innate wisdom can only do so much with what it has to work with. If the "phone lines" are down, it is difficult to notify the "repair team" associated with that issue.

I developed this session in order to address the inner communications of your body's innate wisdom as well as identifying and highlighting the areas of tension to be addressed. In this way we are bringing awareness and attention to the area of concern, as well as stimulating your body's ability to process and repair these areas. Resulting in a deeper sense of lasting relief.

In this session we will be incorporating techniques from the BodyTalk Access routine in order to facilitate your body's own innate ability to heal and balance itself. It will consist of an overall full body massage as well as a half an hour of general balancing. This is a very simple, relaxing,  and non-invasive addition to an already enjoyable modality.
