About Nour:
Nour Zibdeh, MS RD CLT, is based in Northern Virginia. She has a Bachelor’s degree in nutrition from Virginia Tech and a Master’s degree in Health Sciences from James Madison University. She completed a yearlong supervised internship to become a registered dietitian (RD). She is a certified LEAP therapist (CLT), which enables her to address food sensitivities. Nour is a member of the Academy for Nutrition and Dietetics, Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine, and the Center for Mindful Eating. 
Nour believes that eating healthy is eating real food. It is fun, joyful, delicious, and brings people together. Nour’s other interests are recipe experiments in her kitchen, traveling, fitness, and spending time with her husband and 2 young boys.

Medical Nutrition Therapy:
High cholesterol/triglycerides, high blood pressure, prediabetes, celiac disease, non-celiac gluten sensitivitiy, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), irritable bowel syndrome, and FODMAP diet. One-hour initial assessment session and minimum of one 30-minute follow-up.
 
Food Sensitivity Testing and Program: 
The food you eat (even healthy fruits and vegetables) might be causing your symtoms by firing up your immune system. Ideal for people suffering from irritable bowel syndrome, migraines, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, eczema, headaches, hyperactivity, inflammatory arthritis, mood swings, depression, or weight fluctuations. Program included mediator-release testing (MRT) and coaching to implement a 6-phase inflammation-reducing diet. Program length is 3-6 months.

Weight Loss Coaching: 
Have you been trying to lose weight to no avail? Has our dieting left you feeling hungry, lethargic, out of focus, deprived, frustrated, angry, stressed, and over-obsessed with food? Feel energized, stop worrying about what you eat, start enjoying good clean food, learn how to listen to your internal hunger and satiety cues, stop emotional and mindless eating, and learn the basicsof what to eat and how to prepare with with recipes, tips, menus, and resources. The weight loss coaching program is 3 months long and consists of one 60-minute initial session and 12 weekly 30-minute follow-up sessions. 
 
Metabolic Testing: 
Forget about calculating the number of calories you need to eat every day to lose weight through equations that are not specific to you and can carry a large margin of error. Find out exactly how much energy YOUR body expends by getting your resting metabolic rate (RMR) measured. The 10-minute test uses the MedGem machine, the same one used on the Biggest Loser show.

Weight-Loss Group Coaching: 
Do you have at least 10 people who want to lose weight together? Group nutrition coaching is excellent to save money and get motivated to lose weight with your social network. Check website for scheduled events.
