I am an experienced Psychologist in Individual and Marriage/Couples/Relationship counseling, with over 20 years commitment to the personal growth of Adults ages 18 and up.
  
 We   ALL   experience unexpected change and upsetting circumstances during our lives.  Meeting with a counselor for assistance to see clearly, and review your options is helpful.  A good therapist does not tell you what to do....but instead assists you in your journey... concerning the steps you decide you need to take to bring calm and clarity back into your life.

I have always been moved and deeply appreciative of the work and progress of my clients. It takes two. Two people--myself and the client (s) to join in fostering a setting where they are able to pursue and accomplish their goals.

I find my career as a therapist to be extremely rewarding. Previous clients have advised of their sense of safety, of mutual respect, and improvement in energy, outlook, positive perspectives and growth while in therapy with me.
