I am Dr. Levent Erdogan, I am a chiropractor in Yardley, PA, and have been in private practice since 1993 when I graduated from chiropractic school. 
I place emphasis on patient care and achieving the best outcome possible for them.
Patients come to my chiropractic office for many reasons; some patients come because they are in pain and they want pain relief. Some patients visit my office because they have noticed a lack of energy in their day to day and work lives. They have tried everything else and are trying chiropractic care to help them. Many patients come to my chiropractic clinic because of digestive issues.
The common factor in all of the patients who see me is the central nervous system. As a chiropractor I check for interference in this system, and determine if it's the cause of my patient's chief complaint. These are also referred to as vertebral subluxations. many people call them subluxations for short. 
Subluxations can cause many problems in the spine and nervous system. leading to health problems in the body. 
Anatomically there are 24 moving segments in the spine called vertebrae. each one articulates with the one above and below it, and as a whole the house the spinal cord. In between each vertebra are discs that cushion the neighboring bones. Also in between vertebrae are spinal nerves that exit the sine on each side. there are 24 sets of these spinal nerves. The job of the spinal nerves is to transmit commands from the brain to the body and the to transmit information from the body back to the brain. 
Chiropractor's believe that by locating and correcting  misaligned (or subluxated) vertebra, the body will be able to heal itself.
My practice serves the community by reducing and eliminating vertebral subluxations and helping people achieve a higher state of health. 
Locating spinal misalignments or subluxtions will be the goal of the initial consultation bet ween me and my patients. Once we determine that subluxations may exist their spine due to trauma or stress, a thorough evaluation takes place. This evaluation will include a posture check to see areas of postural deficiency, a muscle strength test, to determine any abnormal weaknesses, a range of motion test will then be given to check the ease of movement in the spine, lastly a series pf spinal x rays may be taken to exactly locate the area of stress on the spine.
Once all the data is gathered I will explain to you in plain language if your condition can be helped with chiropractic care, and will go over treatment options available to you. 
Prior to any treatment or even testing done, you will be explained the cost, and any insurance coverage. Our office has affordable payment options for all budgets.
